Online Applications are invited from permanent residents of J&K State who are eligible and desirous of appearing in the Entrance Test for admission to MD/MS Ayurveda Courses for the Academic Session 2015-16 in the Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research, Jammu. The selection of candidates will be governed by the rules and guidelines as contained in the MD/MS Ayurveda Electronic Information Brochure-2015 available on the official website of the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations.

Availability of Online Application forms :
The Application can be submitted online only through BOPEE’s official website jakbopee.org or jakbopee.net from 27th August to 08th September, 2015. The fee for online submission is Rs. 1800/= (Rupees one thousand eight hundred only) which can be submitted in the form of auto generated Customised HDFC Bank Challan which can be downloaded after the submission of online form along with the Confirmation Page.

The applicants are advised to fill the online application forms on their own or through a responsible person in their presence. Applicants who don’t have internet facility may avail this facility at the Help Desk of I.T. Section of BOPEE with prior telephonic appointment on all days. They are also advised to get along with them all the required documents in original and one attested photo copies of the same so that they may submit online application form complete in all respects on the same day at the respective offices.

Receipt of Online Application Forms :
The Confirmation Page for online application forms along with prescribed photographs, required attested copies of documents/ certificates and HDFC Bank Challan shall have to be submitted at Jammu or Srinagar office of the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations on all (working & holidays) days from 27th August to 08th September, 2015.

The Candidates who fail to deposit their Confirmation Page of Application Form complete in all respects by 08th September, 2015 up to 5:00 P.M. shall have to pay a late fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees one thousand only) through HDFC Bank Challan available on the BOPEE website, on 10th September, 2015 where after no confirmation page will be accepted whether submitted by hand or by post.

Eligibility conditions for appearing in the Entrance Test :
I. be a permanent resident of J&K State;
II. possess BAMS degree from the University of Jammu/ University of Kashmir or an equivalent degree recognized by the University of Jammu/ University of Kashmir and the CCIM;
III. have obtained at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination;
IV. be registered with CCIM and SMC (State Medical Council); and
V. have completed satisfactorily one year’s pre-registration Compulsory Rotatory Internship in a duly recognized Institution as laid down by the University of Jammu/ University of Kashmir for registration as a Medical Graduate.

Documents to be enclosed with Confirmation Page (Attested Photostat Copies) :
I. Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate/Secondary School Certificate) from the Board of School Education.
II. “Permanent Resident of the State” / PRC.
III. Qualifying Degree (BAMS) Certificate
IV. Marks Sheet of
a. Higher Secondary Examination.
b. All BAMS Examinations
i. 1st Professional
ii. 2nd Professional
iii. Pre Final
iv. Final
V. Documentary Proof of having completed one year pre-registration Compulsory Rotatory Internship in duly recognized institution at the time of submission of online application forms.
VI. Registration Certificate from State Medical Council/CCIM

The Application Form with “under process certificate” or incomplete form shall not be entertained. Selected candidates shall have to produce all the certificates in original at the time of admission or as and when asked for by the BOPEE/College/University.
