Directorate of Admissions, Krishna University, Machilipatnam, invites applications from the eligible candidates for admission through Krishna University Entrance Test (KRUCET-2015) into various Courses offered in Campus College of Krishna University, Krishna University Dr. MRAR P.G Centre, Nuzvid, and Colleges affiliated to Krishna University offering P.G. Courses for the academic year 2015-2016.

Candidates seeking admission into various courses of study should appear for KRUCET-2015. Candidates who have already passed their qualifying degree examination or who have appeared / appearing for the annual examination in 2015 only are eligible for KRUCET-2015. However, candidates qualified in advanced supplementary examinations of 2015 are also eligible.

Eligibility criteria for different courses and different Tests to be conducted are given in the Admission Information Brochure. Candidates from other recognized universities are considered for admission into PG courses only if they possess a three year Bachelor Degree in the pattern of 10+2+3 or in 12+3 or in 11+1+3 pattern, with the prescribed minimum percentage of marks.

HOW TO APPLY:
1. A Candidate has to submit filled in application along with all the enclosures including blank envelopes supplied with the application. The candidate has to write his / her address on the envelopes and acknowledgement card and affix postal stamps as required

2. The application must be accompanied by one set of Photostat copies of the following documents (do not send Original Certificates).
a) Statement of marks of the qualifying degree examination, Provisional Certificate or Degree (If the candidate has already passed the qualifying examination)
b) Those candidates who appeared for the qualifying examination in March/April 2015 should enclos a copy of the Hall ticket of the final year of qualifying examination or a certificate from the Principal that the candidate has completed the final year course and has appeared for the final year examination.
c) Certificate pertaining to Reserved category from appropriate authority (if applicable)
d) Caste Certificate (in case of SC / ST / BC candidates claiming reservation under this category only)
e) Date of Birth Extract from SSC / Matriculation Certificate.
f) Local Candidate Certificate (as applicable as per enclosed Form I or II or III or IV) if admission is claimed under Local category.
g) T.C. and C.C. from the college where the candidate has last studied for the qualifying examination.
h) Certificates in respect of PH/NCC/SPORTS/CAP

3. APPLICATION FORMS DULY FILLED-IN WITH ALL REQUIRED ENCLOSURES SHOULD BE SENT BY REGISTERED POST OR SPEED POST OR IN PERSON (in the cover provided) TO THE DIRECTOR, DIRECTORATE OF ADMISSIONS, KRISHNA UNIVERSITY Dr. MRAR PG Centre, Nuzvid-521 201 so as to reach on or before the prescribed dates mentioned already.

4. The candidates are advised to avoid sending filled in applications by COURIER SERVICES.

5. The office of the Director is not responsible for any transit mishap or postal delay in the delivery of the application. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be accepted.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE :
1. A Separate application should be submitted for each subject. However, a single application is enough for each course for admission into the University College / PG Centers / Affiliated Colleges.

2. Application duly filled in together with all required enclosures should be submitted only to the “Director, Directorate of Admissions, Krishna University Dr. MRAR PG Centre, Nuzvid- 521 201, Krishna Dist., A.P (OR) “Director, Directorate of Admissions, Krishna University, Machilipatnam-521 001, Krishna Dist., A.P.” either in person or by registered post or by speed post (in the cover provided) so as to reach on or before the prescribeddates mentioned already.

3. Photostat copies of Provisional certificate or Degree, Mark Memos and other Certificates must be enclosed along with the Application. Original Certificates should not be submitted. Without copies of provisional certificates mark memos etc. the application will not be processed for admission. No intimation will be given to the candidate what so ever.

4. No Notice will be taken of any communication(s) or document(s) sent separately.

5. Submission of incorrect information or suppression of information or forgery of signatures or fabrication of certificates or other fraudulent methods will entail cancellation of seat without notice.

6. Applicants are advised to fill the marks in the columns specified in the application form as well as in the Data Sheet Carefully.

7. All the certificates should be securely tagged with twine. (Note : Do not Tag or Pin the Data Sheet) Ensure that all relevant papers are enclosed before dispatch

8. Incomplete or defective applications will not be accepted.

9. The candidate has to affix postal stamps as indicated on the envelopes and also on the acknowledgement Card.

10. In addition to the marks obtained in the qualifying examination, admission is subject to the general rules and conditions of the University

11. Candidates selected for the Counseling will be informed by the post (under certificate of posting) about the time of Counseling. Director is not responsible for any delay in receiving the intimation or loss in the transit.

12. If any candidates fails to report to the admitting authorities when his/her rank/ name is announced, he / she will be considered for admission at the end of that session / day subject to availability of seats.

13. The University cannot accept any explanation for any delay in reporting to the allotting authorities and a student forfeits his/her right to admission based on his/her rank if he/she fails to respond to the call during the counseling with all the necessary original certificates.
