“Examinees of AIBE – VIII, who want to get their answer sheets rechecked are requested to follow the below instructions:
** Rechecking requests will be accepted from 1st August till 31st August 2015 on payment of Rs. 200/- only.
** Candidate would be informed about their rechecking result within 4 working days after the application for reevaluation is received.
** Candidates who want to check their answer sheets themselves will have to book a time slot and visit Bar Council Of India premises as per the alloted time schedule; which will be informed to them after their application is received by Bar Council Of India.
** Under no circumstances will the Xerox of answer sheet and answer key be given to the candidate.
** Candidates need to send the complete rechecking application in the attached format along with the Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 200/- in favor of Bar Council of India payable at New Delhi.
** Any Rechecking request with demand draft which has date after 31st August , 2015 would be rejected .“

1) Fees once submitted /paid towards AIBE registration is non- refundable under any circumstances.
2) No study Material will be provided.
3) Candidate has to be enrolled with respective state bar council to appear for the AIBE.
4) Admit cards and result will be published online on our website allindiabarexamination.com
5) Council reserves the right to extend the said examination date in case of unavoidable circumstances.
6) In case the examination date is changed and if a candidate is unable to appear for the examination, the candidate should inform the same within 10 days of release of such dates.
