ADMISSION PROCEDURE :
** The Candidate should have passed/ completed the qualifying examination on or before 2014.

** The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination with minimum 55% of marks for OC/BC and 50% SC/ST.

** For Ph.D. programme in Engineering, a candidate should have passed Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology with First class either at Under-Graduate level or Post-Graduate level.

** For Ph.D counseling candidates were called by following 1:3 ratio. No guaranty of seat for the candidates called for counseling.

** Rule of reservation will be followed by taking each subject as a unit.

** Candidates have to attend the interview at the DOA, SV UNIVERSITY, TIRUPATI in the specified date and time at their own expenses, relevant documents with fees.

** If a candidate fails to attend the interview at the specified date and time for whatever reason he/she shall forfeit the seat and the candidate next in rank will be considered for admission. Any representation for postponement of the date and time of personal appearance will not be entertained.

** If a candidate reports himself/herself after the interview is over with some valid reason, such a candidate on written representation may be considered for admission into the course if only there is a vacancy in the particular category for which he/she is eligible.

** Regular/Permanent employees having Service register(SR) and service certificate from the concerned authority are only eligible for Part-Time Ph.D Admission

** The Directorate of Admissions has the right to cancel / Modify the admission made is found incorrect.

CERTIFICATES TO BE REQUIRED:
At the time of interview, the following original documents should be submitted by the candidate

a) SVURESET-2015 Rank card and Hall Ticket.

b) Marks statements and Provisional/Degree Certificate of the qualifying examination

c) Transfer and Conduct certificates (Admission will not be given if T.C. from the institution where the candidate studied last is not submitted) *

d) SSC and Intermediate pass certificates

e) Two Passport size photographs

f) Study certificates from Intermediate to qualifying examination

g) Caste certificate in original from the Tahshildar in case of SC/ST/BC candidates, obtained in the year 2015 OR permanent caste certificate

h) Relevant certificate in case of physically challenged /extra curricular activities (NCC/NSS/Games & Sports / Cultural Activity) category.

i) Discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent in case of a child of armed person.

j) Residence Certificate of parents for stay in the state of A.P. from Tahshildar in case of candidates, who have studied outside A.P./ carried out private study.

k) Migration certificate (for other University candidates)

l) First and Second page of Service register (SR) and service certificate from the concerned Authority (for Part-Time Ph.D).

m) The cases of pending revaluation will not be considered

*Note: Bonified /Course completed Certificates are not allowed for Admission instead of Transfer Certificate)
