EXAMINATION NOTIFICATION – NOVEMBER 2015
UG / PG November 2015 examinations are scheduled to commence from 4th November 2015.

The Practical examinations for UG / PG courses will commence during the second / third week of October 2015 respectively. The candidates who have to attend practical examinations may contact the Principal of the college concerned in advance for exact date and session of practical examinations.

Last dates for receipt of filled-in applications for November 2015 examinations with necessary fee in the office of the Controller of Examinations, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore – 641 046 from the private candidates are

Without Fine : 21.09.2015
With a fine of Rs.10/- Per Day : 28.09.2015

Applications received after the above mentioned dates and incomplete applications will be rejected.

Note: The candidates belonging to the batches 1982-83 to 2003-04 are also permitted to write their arrear subjects in equivalent papers of the syllabus applicable for the year 2007-2008 batch by applying for re-registration of their respective courses. The prescribed application form for re-registration can be had from the Controller of Examinations, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore or downloaded from University website b-u.ac.in.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES :
** Regular Candidates shall send their applications with the prescribed fee through proper channel.

** Before submitting the application, the candidates are advised to satisfy themselves that they fulfil the eligibility conditions laid down by the University to appear for the examination.

** An application not accompanied by the prescribed fee or incomplete in any respect will not be entertained.
** Detailed time table for the semester examination will be put up in the college notice board and will be available at the college office about 15 days prior to the commencement of the examinations.

** Correction in application, if any, should be neatly HAND WRITTEN IN ENGLISH IN BLOCK LETTERS.

** The candidates should check all the entries given in the respective columns and make corresponding corrections and enclose letter along with this application.

** The code number of regular semester subjects and his/her arrear are indicated in the respective semester column lines. Candidates, who desire to appear for any of the arrear subjects, a tick mark (*) may be made against codes of the subjects for which he/she wishes to appear.

** If the code number of the subject offered is different from the one given, please circle it AND ENTER THE RELEVANT CODE NUMBER.

** If the candidate desires to improve performance in any of the subjects, if eligible, he/she should WRITE the relevant subject codes in the respective semester line. The list of subject codes may be obtained from the college office.

** Private candidates should send their application to the Controller of Examinations directly.

The Bharathiar University was established at Coimbatore by the Government of Tamilnadu in February, 1982 under the provision of the Bharathiar University Act, 1981 (Act 1 of 1982). The Postgraduate Centre of the University of Madras, which was functioning in Coimbatore before 1982 formed the core of the Bharathiar University. In May, 1985 the University received the recognition from University Grants Commission (UGC) New Delhi for the purpose of grants.

The University named after the great national poet Subramania Bharathi is enshrined with the motto “Educate to Elevate”.
