JIPMER MD/MS ENTRANCE EXAMINATION – JULY 2015 SESSION
JIPMER invites applications for academic session starting from 1st July 2015 for admission to MD/MS Entrance Examination – July 2015 Session

ELIGIBILITY FORMD/MS:
Must have passed MBBS, or its equivalent qualification, from a University Institute recognized by the MedicalCouncil of India (MCI).
Must have either completed, Ordue to complete, one year rotatory internship trainingonor before 30-06-2015.
Must be registered with CentralState Medical Registration Council.

METHOD OF SELECTION: Entrance Examination for the Seats.

MODE OF ENTRANCE EXAMINATION: Single shift Online based distributed object system of 180 minutes duration (09.00am 12.00noon) on 31-05-2015 (Sunday).

Distribution of a total of 94 seats for Indian Nationals OCl in: Anaesthesiology (6), Anatomy (2), Biochemistry (2), Blood Transfusion Immuno Hematology (1), Community Medicine (3), Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology (3), Emergency Medicine (5), Forensic Medicine (2), General Medicine (10), Microbiology (4), Nuclear Medicine (2),Pathology (5),Pediatrics7), Pharmacology (4), Physiology2), Psychiatry (1), Pulmonary Medicine (2), Radio-diagnosis (4), Radiotherapy (4),General Surgery.8), Obstetrics Gynaecology (8) Ophthalmology (3), Orthopedic Surgery (3) and OtoRhino Laryngology (E.N.T) (3).

Distribution of a total of 10 seats for Sponsored Foreign Nationals in: Anaesthesiology (2), Blood Transfusion Immuno Hematology (1), Pediatrics (1), Psychiatry (1), General Surgery (2), Obstetrics Gynaecology 2) and Orthopedic Surgery 1).

Allotment of seats is asper Roster Point Allocation Methodduring counseling.
3% of seats are for Orthopedic Physically Challenged (OPH) under horizontal reservation.

APPLICATION AVAILABILITY :
1) Candidates seeking admission to entrance examination is required to apply on-line.
2) Log on to link in the Home page www.jipmer.edu.in. and navigate to the link “Apply on-line MD/MS admission – July 2015”.
3) Read the prospectus and instruction carefully.
4) The flow chart for filling application on-line given as Appendix in the Prospectus.
5) The candidate should acquaint himself/herself with all requirements with regard to filling up the application on-line.
6) Mode of payments are a) Net Banking, b) Credit Card, c) Debit Card

7) DISCLAIMER:
1. Mere completion of “REGISTRATION FOR PAYMENT” does not confer right for issue of hall ticket.
2. The process of submission of application On-line is completed only after clicking the “submit button” after Up loading personal details, Scanned Photograph and Scanned Signature (Refer to the Flow chart appended to the prospectus).
3. The candidate is advised to download a copy of their filled in application which would contain Application No., Personal details, scanned photograph, scanned signature and the payment details.
4. Fees would not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. No request for change in the details provided in the application would be considered, after the submission of the On-line application by clicking the “submit button”.
6. Incomplete application, application with false details would be rejected.
