A Common Entrance Test designated in full as Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Holders and for B.Sc.(Mathematics) Degree Holders and in short as APECET 2015 will be conducted by JNT University Anantapur on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education for the academic year 2015-2016 in accordance with G.O.Ms.No:24 Education (EC) Department dated:18.03.2004, G.O.Ms.No:25, dated:28.06.2006 and G.O.Ms.No:19, dated: 02.02.2008 For Diploma Holders and G.O.Ms.No.57(EC2) dated:12.05.2008 & G.O.Ms.No58(EC2) dated:12.05.2008 for B.Sc.(Mathematics) degree holders.

(i) For lateral admission into 2nd year regular B.E. and B.Tech Courses in All India Council for Technical Education approved Un-Aided Private Professional institutions (Minority & non-Minority) and University Engineering Colleges for the seats specifically earmarked for Diploma holders and B.Sc degree holders for the academic year 2015-16.

(ii) For lateral admission into 2nd year regular B.Pharmacy Courses in Un-Aided Private Professional institutions (Minority & non-Minority) and University Pharmacy Colleges approved by Pharmacy Council of India for the seats specifically earmarked for Diploma holders and B.Sc degree holders for the academic year 2015-16.

SUBMISSION OF ONILE APPLICATION :
1. For registration and submission of online application the aspiring candidates have to visit the web site www.apecet.org.
2. All the details required in the application form shall be entered in the specified fields.
3. The Adhar Card number of the candidate is mandatory.
4. The payment of the registration fee can be done online through AP Online services or Payment Gateway provided ( through Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net banking).

Important Instructions to APECET-2015 Candidates :
1) Candidates who wish to apply for APECET-2015 are requested to fill the particulars carefully in ONLINE APPLICATION. The required information should be collected from the relevant documents.
2) All the candidates have to come to the Examination hall with a printout of Online submitted application. The candidate has to affix the passport size photograph (should be same as that of uploaded) duly signed by Gazatted Officer.
3) Candidates are not admitted to the examination after 10.00 A.M. and not permitted to leave the hall before 1.00 P.M.
4) It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they are answering the correct Question Booklet of the branch for which they are eligible for admission.
5) The Question booklet code, Hall Ticket Number and other details must be entered correctly and properly on the OMR Answer Sheet, in the Test. Other wise ranks declared, if any wil be cancelled subsequently in such cases.
6) Candidates must return both Question Paper Booklet Acknowledgement slip and OMR Answer Sheet after the test.
7) Question paper will be in English only.

– The local candidate certificate issued by MRO or competent authority.
Income of Parents (income is less than Rs. 2.0 lakhs or more than Rs. 2.0 lakhs)
– The Income certificate issued by competent authority.
Category (SC, ST, BC. etc.)
– The Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority.
Special Category (NCC, PH, Sports, CAP etc.)
– The Certificate issued by competent authority

9) Other Information required for filling Online Application
Recent passport size digital color photograph (size < 40 KB) of candidate for uploading .
Digital Signature of the candidate (size <20 KB) of candidate for uploading.
Examination Center to which candidate wishes to appear APECET-2015 exam.

10) It is advised to reach your allotted Examination Center well before commencement of the examination so that you can take examination tension-free.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS :
1. All the candidates shall take utmost care while submitting the online application.
2. The candidates can use either Blue ink Ball point pen or Black ink Ball point pen in the Examination. But the entire Examination must be written either in Black ink or Blue ink. Using both Black and Blue in the Examination is not permitted.
3. All the photographs submitted with the application must be exactly identical. Otherwise, Hall Tickets will not be issued. Such applications will be summarily rejected.
4. Candidates are not admitted to the examination after 10.00 A.M. and not permitted to leave the hall before 01.00 P.M.
5. It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they are answering the correct Question Booklet of the branch for which they are eligible for admission (for FDH candidates only).
6. The Question Booklet code, Hall Ticket No. and other details must be entered correctly and properly on the OMR Answer Sheet, in the Test. Otherwise ranks declared, if any, will be cancelled subsequently in such cases.
7. Candidates must return both the Question paper Booklet Acknowledgement slip and OMR Answer Sheet after the test.
8. Question paper will be in English only.
9. Any malpractice case will be dealt with as per rules of CETs in force.
10. The Answer Scripts of APECET -2015 will be preserved for six months from the date of publication of results after which time they shall be disposed.
11. In any litigation concerning APECET [FDH & B.Sc.(Mathematics)]-2015 ,the parties to be impleaded are Secretary, A.P. State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad and Convener, APECET [FDH & B.Sc.(Mathematics)]-2015.
12. Any litigation concerning APECET [FDH & B.Sc.(Mathematics)]-2015 shall be within the jurisdiction of the High Court A.P., Hyderabad only.
