Online Applications should be submitted as per the instructions on the website.

Note :- Duly filled application form should be submitted at the university office in person or by post along with a DD of Rs 3000/-. Demand Draft to be drawn on any Bank, in the name of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences University, payable at Karad.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
1. Eligibility for admission will be as per DCI regulation.

2. The candidate who have passed from DCI recognized Dental College and who possess Indian Nationality with a proof in form of Nationality Certificate / valid passport are eligible for PGD AIET 2016 Entrance Test.
The candidates should have obtained registration either from Dental Council of India or authorized State Dental Council after completing one year compulsory rotating Internship.

3.The candidates, who are still undergoing one year compulsory rotating internship and are likely to complete it by 30th April 2016, will be permitted to appear for PGD AIET. His/Her selection will be subject to completion of compulsory rotating internship of one year and registration before 1st May 2016. He/She will have to submit documentary evidence from the Principal/Dean of the college regarding the anticipated date of completion of internships along with the application, failing which, his/her application shall be rejected.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS :
The candidate should submit photocopies of the following documents along with the application form :
1. Statement of Marks of I, II, III, IV BDS examination
2. Attempt Certificate
3. BDS Degree/Passing Certificate
4. Internship Completion Certificate
5. Registration Certificate
6. Age and Nationality Certificate
7. Bonafide Certificate from Dean
8. Transfer Certificate
9. Migration Certificate
10. Proof of Date of Birth
11. Two recent photographs, taken from same negative, without cap or goggles, taken within last six months. One should be pasted on the application form, duly attested by the Principal/Dean of the College or any Gazetted Officer. The other should be stapled to the application form.
12. Authorization Form for such candidates who due to some emergency may not be in position to attend the PG counseling scheduled.

3 Date & Time of PG AIET – 2016 : 17/12/2015 From 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm (1.30 hours)

5 Declaration of result : Will be notified on the University Website
6 Verification of Marks : Within 4 days form declaration of result
7 Declaration of Final Merit List : Will be notified on the University Website
8 Counselling/Admission : Will be notified on the University Website
9 Commencement of academic session : 2/5/2016
10 Last date of admission against Vacancies : 31/5/2016
11 Entrance Test Fee : Rs. 2000/-

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES :
1. Candidate shall carefully read the instructions printed on the Test Booklet with answer column.
2. Enter the PGD-AIET ROLL NUMBER accurately. The correctness of entries has to be cross checked by the invigilators.
3. Choice and sequence for attempting questions will be as per the convenience of the candidate.
4. Determine the correct response from out of the four available options given for each questions.
5. For answering the particular question, darken the appropriate circle completely by using only Black ball point pen.
6. Each answer with correct response shall be awarded one (1) mark. No mark shall be awarded in the case of marking two or more answers, scratching, overwriting.
7. Rough work should be done only on the blank space provided on the Test Booklet. Rough work should not be done anywhere on the booklet.
8. Printed log-table containing LOG, ANTI-LOG, SIN, COS, TAN & SQUARE ROOTS only are permitted. But Log Tables with conversion tables and Formulae, Calculators, Cellular phones, Pagers or any other electronic gadgets are not permitted in the examination hall.
9. Immediately after the prescribed test time is over, the Test Booklet with answers are to be returned to the Invigilator. Confirm that the Test Booklet bear the signatures of yourself and the Invigilator.
10. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination hall till the test is over and all the Test Booklets in the examination are collected by the Invigilator.
