Steps to be followed by candidates. :
1. Download Instruction Manual.
2. Read Carefully.
3. Filling of Online Application Form with uploading Photo, Sign and Certificate of Identity of recommended size.

6. With this Challan, Candidate has to pay fee in bank. Bank will give Challan No./Transaction Id.
7. After Confirmation of payment, by Bank, Application Form will be accepted.
1. Applicants should have a valid Email id .
2. Before filling Online Application Form Download Information Broucher and read the same carefully.
3. Format for ‘Certificate of Identity’ is available on last page of Information Broucher of AMUPMDC CET 2015.Please download the same and get certified from Head Master/Principal.This has to be upload while filling online application form(format-jpg and maximum size 100kb). Certificate of Identity must carry at the time of Examination.
4. Fill the Online Application Form carefully and upload scanned photograph, signature and Certificate of Identity (Size of photograph, signature and Certificate of Identity should not be greater than 35KB, 30KB and 100KB respectively. The photograph, signature and Certificate of Identity should be either in ‘.jpeg’ or ‘.jpg’ format).
5. PLEASE REMEMBER THE PASSWORD GIVEN BY YOU. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR FURTHER LOGIN.
6. There is provision to make changes in the Application Form. Howhere, before Click on Submit Button Candidate should verify the entries made in Application Form. There is no provision to make changes in the Application Form onces sumbit button clicked.
7. After submitting Online Application Form, you should take SBI Bank Challan printout which is in two parts.
8. Required fee is printed on your SBI Bank Challan. With this Challan pay the fee in any Branch of State Bank of India on Second Working Day onword, from the day of Printing Challan and obtain your copy of Challan showing Journal ID/Transaction ID.
9. Applicants need not send copy of Application Form or any Document to this office. Howhere he should take printout of Application Form for his/her personal record.You will have to submit the printout if asked.
10. The Applicants must possess the required criteria and education qualification as mentioned in the Information Broucher.
11. Please note that if you commit any mistake in filling the online Application Form, it can not be corrected by this office. The Office will take no responsibility of any kind for such forms.
12. After reading above instructions to fill Online Application Form, the Applicants has to click Next button to display Online Application Form.

UPLOAD PHOTO AND SIGN
Instruction For Photograph:
** Size of photograph must be less than 35kb.
** Height of photograph must be 300 pixel.
** Width of photograph must be 200 pixel.
Instruction For Signature:
** Size of Signature must be less than 30kb.
** Height of Signature must be 150 pixel.
** Width of Signature must be 200 pixel.
Instruction For ‘Certificate of Identity’:
** Please refer last page of Information Broucher and upload the same.
** Size of ‘Certificate of Identity’ must be less than 100kb.
COMPETENT AUTHORITY :
2.1. The Competent Authority appointed by the Association will be available at Association’s office with prior appointment.
2.2. The Competent Authority will supervise the conduct of Asso-CET 2015 and also supervise the declaration of Merit List. The Competent Authority will issue necessary instructions for implementation of these rules and provide relevant information to be published and communicated.
2.3. The Competent Authority will be Chairperson of the Appeal Committee for representations, queries, complaints etc. of the candidates.

I have committed a mistake in my application form. I want to reduce it how can I correct the mistake?
Eligible Candidate only will be able to submit the form. There is provision to make changes in the Application Form. However, before Clicking on the “SUBMIT”
Button, Candidate should verify the Correctness of entries made in application form. There is no provision to make changes in the application form once
“SUBMIT” button is clicked.
