COMMON PRE-MEDICAL ENTRANCE EXAMINATION-2015

ADMIT CARDS :
The Admit Cards of all candidates eligible to appear in the examination will be hosted on website of ACEE  as per the schedule mentioned under ‘IMPORTANT DATES AT A GLANCE’. The Candidates are advised to download their Admit Cards from the ACEE website.

Admit Cards will also be sent to all eligible candidates at their postal address. The Office of the Secretary, ACEE, shall not be responsible for non-receipt or delay of Admit Cards due to loss in transit or any other ground. In case the Admit Card is not received 3 days prior to the date of CPMEE-2015, the candidate should visit the official website of ACEE (www.aceeindia.org) and print their admit cards by entering application number. The internet admit card should be printed and brought at the allotted examination centre along with original photo ID, one photocopy of photo ID and one photograph.

The Admit Card will bear the candidate’s roll number, centre code, name & venue of examination centre, candidate’s name, address, photograph and signature. The candidate should carefully examine the admit card received by him/her for all the entries made therein. In case of any discrepancy, the candidate should immediately inform the Secretary, ACEE. Entry to the examination hall will be restricted only to those candidates who are in possession of the valid Admit Card. In no case a duplicate Admit Card will be issued at the Examination Centre.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED BY CANDIDATE AT EXAMINATION CENTRE:
All candidates are required to appear in the Common Pre-Medical Entrance Examination-2015 for admission in any institution of ACEE.
Candidates must reach their examination centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination after 10 minutes of commencement of the examination.
The venue and name of examination centre will be communicated through the Admit Card available on official website of ACEE.
Once examination is over, the candidates should hand over his/her answer-sheet (OMR Sheet) and the question paper (Test/Question Booklet) to the Invigilator, before leaving the examination hall.
Candidates must bring a Blue/Black ball point pen, HB pencil, sharpener and eraser with them.
Candidates are not allowed to bring any book, textual material, and calculator, mobile phone, paging device, slide rulers, log tables or laptop to the examination hall.
Any conversation or gesticulation or causing disturbance in the examination hall shall lead to debarring the candidate(s) from appearing in the entrance examination.
Candidates giving assistance or seeking/receiving help from any source in answering questions or copying in any manner in the examination will forfeit their chance of being considered for admission.
Candidate must sign the attendance sheet in the presence of the invigilator in examination hall.
The machine-gradable answer sheets (OMR Sheets) are evaluated with extreme care and are repeatedly scrutinized. Therefore, there is no provision for re-checking/re-evaluation of the answer sheets. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
Candidate must make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging in connection with the Common Pre-Medical Entrance Examination-2015. If you live far away from the venue of examination centre, it is prudent to reach the city on the previous day itself. It is also advised to locate the examination centre beforehand. On the day of the examination, start early from your home/hotel and reach the examination centre well in advance.

INSTRUCTIONS AT A GLANCE :
Date of Entrance Examination : 28th May, 2015 (Thursday)
Time of Examination : 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

The candidate shall be present at the examination centre 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
Candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 10 minutes of the commencement of the examination.
Candidate is not allowed to leave the examination hall before completion of examination.
Candidate should produce a valid Admit Card; otherwise candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the examination.
After completion of examination, the candidate should handover the answer sheet (OMR Sheet) and the Question Booklet (Test Booklet) to the Invigilator, before leaving the examination hall.
Candidate must bring his/her own Blue/Black ball point pen, HB pencil, sharpener and eraser.
Candidates giving assistance or seeking/receiving help from any source in answering questions or copying in any manner in the examination will forfeit their chance of being considered for admission.
Do not bring any book, note book, mobile phone or calculator to the examination hall.
