1. When will the result of CET be declared?
The proposed CET schedule is uploaded on University website ipu.ac.in. Please see the Admission Brochure Part A.

2. What is the last date for submission of CET Application form?
The last date for submission of CET 2016 applications is 29th March, 2016 up to 04:00 p.m. for the following programmes:B.Ed./B.Ed. Spl. Ed./MBA(IT)/BALLB (Integrated)/BBA LLB (Integrated)/M.Sc. The last date for submission of CET 2016 applications is till 17th May, 2016 up to 04:00 p.m. for the following programmes: PG Diploma in Radiological Physics/PG Diploma in Women Empowerment/ MBA (Weekend)/Master of Arts (Journalism & Mass Comm.) (Weekend)/ LLM (Cyber Law & Cyber Crime)/LLM (IPR) (Weekend)/MBA (Disaster Management) (Weekend)

3. If any mistake has happened while filling up the CET form, how can it be corrected?

In case of any mistake regarding DOB, spelling of names etc., the candidates need to submit an application in physical form at the Reception, Examination Branch, GGSIP University along with the applicable processing fee of Rs. 500/-. This application must be submitted within 5 working days of the last date of form submission together with the applicable fee. After this no request for any correction shall be entertained.

4. What should be done in case any payment has been made more than once?
Any additional payment will be refunded back to the candidates. In case of any non-payment of the due amount, applicants may visit University Help Desk.

5. Can I apply for more than one programme/CET
Yes. However, a separate application form has to be filled for each programme having distinct CET Codes.

6. What is Stage I & Stage II of CET held for MBBS?
The CET for programme MBBS is a two tier process. Candidates who qualify Stage I are eligible for Stage II examination. The final list of CET qualified candidates for programme MBBS will be displayed after the declaration of result of Stage II.

7. What are the criteria for reservation policy of University?
The reservation policy is uploaded in the Admission Brochure 2016-17.

8. What is the procedure for admission in GGSIPU?
The admission in GGSIPU is on the basis of merit obtained in CET. The dates for inviting application for appearing in CET are advertised through newspaper and notifications uploaded on the University website ipu.ac.in . The process for issue of notification for inviting application for CET 2016 has commenced. Those who qualify CET are required to participate in the Counselling process for seeking admission, based on the candidate’s preferences and his/her merit in CET 2016 in the respective programmes given specific CET codes.

9. I am aware that admissions in GGSIPU are based on CET merit and one has to participate in the Counselling process. How do I know the dates for Counselling?

This year, University is conducting Online Counselling for 11 programmes. The details with names of the programmes and the schedule has been uploaded on the University website ipu.ac.in & ipuadmissions.nic.in. Also, candidates may refer to the Offline Counselling schedule for counselling to be held manually/offline.

10.Please give me the list of Programme for which Online Counselling is being conducted.

11. What is the process of Online allotment of seat?

The detail of Online allotment of seat is available in the Admission Brochure 2016-17. All the candidates who wish to seek admission through online process for the respective CET Codes for which Online Counselling is being held and should logon to ipuadmissions.nic.in at the time of admission.

12. Do I need to submit any document if pursuing course through distance learning mode?

In case of students who have passed the qualifying examination through distance/ open education system of any recognized university/ board/institution, the necessary documentary evidence related to location of his/her study centre i.e. study centre proof, certificate from the university imparting open/distance education certifying the location of study centre must be submitted at the time of verification of documents.

13. Who are eligible to be considered in Delhi Region?
If the student has passed the qualifying examination from Delhi, the admission is permissible under Delhi Region. For details, may refer to Admission Brochure 2016-17.

14. Who are eligible to be considered in Outside Delhi Region?
If the student has passed the qualifying examination from Outside Delhi, the admission is permissible under Outside Delhi Region. For details, may refer to Admission Brochure 2016-17.

15. How many seats are reserved for Delhi and Outside Delhi Region?
Generally, 85% of the sanctioned intake shall be allocated for Delhi Region and 15% of the sanctioned intake shall be allocated for Outside Delhi Region. However, in case of Self Financing Institutes, sanctioned intake also includes 10% Management Quota seats (if offered). Certain institutes established by Central Govt. and Minority Institutions etc.; the reservation of seat will be as notified by the Statutory Bodies.

  1. Can I directly go to the 3rd round of interview. Means can I skip 2 round and attend the 3rd one?

  2. By mistake I filled wrong gender. Can I fill another form?

      If the candidate presses OK, then he/she cannot edit the same and have to re register in case they need to change any personal information.

  3. If any mistake happens in filling registration of IPU LEET how it can be corrected?

  4. I got 3975 rank in B.ed cet 2016. I want to know that my admission will be possible with this rank in IPU. Please reply me.

    1. Have you registered for counseling?

    2. Rank does not matter in IPU. You will get the best college in spot counselling.

  5. I filled my cet for b tech and by mistake I filled my reason outside Delhi. How can I change my details?

  6. can I get sample papers for CET exams for commerce?

  7. I have applied for IPU CET , course and payment is done and I have received confirmation message too. Now can I switch to another course like B.Tech. Can I make any correction in that same application form?

  8. I have applied for BCA in IPU CET 2016. I have already registered and payment is done and also I got the conformation email for successful transaction but may be due to some technical problem I didn’t get the option for exam centres . Please send me centres for the exam.

  9. I have uploaded a photo with red background by Mistake. Is there any way to correct it?

  10. I uploaded a photo clicked in December 2015. Later noticed that the photo should be of a date later than 1-1-2016. What can I do to rectify this ?
