Rama University Entrance Test :

Rama University Entrance Test (RUET) is a national aptitude test, for the aspirants of Graduate, Postgraduate, Ph.D. courses, offered by Rama University.

The entrance test is mandatory to get admission in RAMA UNIVERSITY. This applies to all the courses offered at our university. For different courses there are different exam dates. Kindly refer to RUET guide- important date’s section, to confirm about your choice of course and its exam date.

Course Content :
There will be a multiple choice containing 120 questions on the following subjects-
1. General English- 20 questions of level 10+2 standard based on paragraph compression, sentence correction, word power and tense etc. to test the ability of the candidate.
2. General Knowledge & Numerical Ability- 20 questions based on national & international affairs, eminent personalities to test the knowledge of the candidate.
3. Subject- 80 questions to test the basic knowledge of subject of qualifying exam.

The duration of the test will be of two hours. Candidates have to complete their test within the specified time of two hours. It is important that candidates should fill their OMR sheet correctly. Following are the points that candidates should consider while filling the OMR sheet-
1. OMR sheet will be provided to the candidates along with the question booklet.
2. OMR sheet will have to be filled in by using blue or black ball pen.

Important things that candidates appearing for the test should consider are :
1. Candidates shall be required to be frisking before entering the examination hall.
2. No candidate shall be allowed without valid Admit Card. Mobile and electronic gadgets will be strictly prohibited.
3. Candidate, if found indulged in copying/cheating or using unfair means in any way, including unauthorized use of electronic gadgets etc, shall be disqualified in the test & his/her candidature shall be cancelled. The candidate is also expected to behave in well manner.

Instructions :

1. Please read the instructions and proceed carefully before you start filling the Online Application Form.
2. Candidates can apply for RUET 2016-17 both online and offline.
3. Please refer to the page important dates & Eligibility criteria of Instruction booklet before proceeding to apply.
4. To apply offline/online, candidate needs to create a user name and password by registering for RUET 2016-17.
5. Once you register, you will receive an activation email in the email id provided. You need to activate your account and log in.
6. Once you log in, you will see your basic details and a ‘Start new application’ button.

You will need following documents before hand:
1. The Scanned image of the Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG format. The Scanned image of Signature of the candidate should be in JPG format.

2 . Please keep all these documents ready with you (scanned and in a .zip/ .rar folder for future reference:

If you are applying offline, then you need to send the printout of these documents along with your application form and DD to the address mentioned for RUET Application form submission.

3. The fee can be paid in the following ways :
Through DD (in favor of Rama University, payable at Kanpur/Delhi) sent to Rama University, Rama Medical College Campus, Mandhana, Kanpur, U.P.
Or
Through Debit card/credit card or internet banking.
4. The Candidate is required to mention his name and application form no. for communication with university (Query, admit card enquiry etc.)
