How to Apply :

A candidate can apply for the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination – 2015 (JCECE-2015) only ON-LINE by accessing “J.C.E.C.E. – 2015” link on the home page of the Board’s website .

Instructions for Online submission of Application form are available in the Information Bulletin and on the website

Before submission of Application form, make the following preparations:
Candidate should have scanned images of his latest photograph, signature and Left Hand’s Thumb Impression in JPG format only, for uploading as part of submission of online application.

Decide the mode of payment of fee,
Through Debit/Credit Card using on-line gateway payment facility, or
Depositing in J.C.E.C.E. Board’s Bank Account with Bank of India directly by downloading the Challan Form generated in the process of filling the Application form.

If decided to pay fee through Debit/Credit Card, check the validity of the Card and keep it ready with you while logging on to website for submitting Application form.

If decided to pay fee off-line mode, download the E-Challan from website http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in after completing Part – I i.e. Candidate Registration Information.

After Depositing Fee in the Bank, wait for another 2 hr for reconcile of fee. After 2 hr, logged to website for completing all the steps of the Application form.

Print the Confirmation Page of online application after final submission of the Application form.

The Online Application form consists of five parts.
Registration
Payment
Personal Details
Academic Details
Uploading the Photograph, Signature and Left Hand’s Thumb Impression.
Final Submission & Print out

After clicking on the “I Agree”, select the subject group applying for and follow the step for registering first time.

Read the instructions and procedure for on-line submission of Application form carefully. At the end of this page, following five links to apply online are given :
** Open the first link, follow the instructions carefully and submit the registration information. After completing Registration, you will get Password along with registration no. will be send to your registered mobile no. and/or e-mail for further process.
** After getting registered, go to the home page and enter Registration no and password to proceed further.
** Make payment of fee through Debit/Credit Card or download E-Challan for payment in the designated accounts of Bank of India at Part – II.
** If fee is deposited through E-Challan, wait for next 2 hr and re-login as Already Registered Candidate. Programme will automatically take you to Part – III for submission of personal details.
** After submission of personal details at Part – III, programme will automatically take you to Part – IV uploading of photograph, Signature and Left hand thumb impression.
** After successful uploading of imeges, programme will take you to another link for Final submission & print out of Application Form.
** Take print out of Application at Part – V of online Application format and keep safely for any further need. One of them is to be submitted at the time of counselling, if you are being called for attend the counselling

STEPS TO APPLY ONLINE:

Step 1: Download the Information Bulletin and read it carefully to ensure your eligibility.
Step 2: Read the instructions for applying online given in the information Bulletin and keep entire information ready including scanned images of Photograph, Signature and Left hands thumb impression in JPG format only.
Step 3: Registeryourself with examination group.
Step 4: Pay Examination fee by Debit Credit Card or e-Challan and complete part II of the application.
Step 5: Fill the Online Application Form and upload Scanned Images of Photograph, Signature and Left hands thumb impression.
Step 6: Download the application form for future reference.

All the five links for online submission of Application form, uploading of photograph, Signature and Left Hand’s Thumb impression, payment of fee and to take print out of confirmation page can also be used separately.

There is no any facility of submission of Application form with late fees.

Facility of submission of Application form, uploading of photograph, Signature and Left hand thumb impression, payment of fee and printing of the Computer Generated Confirmation Page would be ceased at 05.00 p.m. on the last day of submission of Application Form. Hence, candidates are required to complete the process within the prescribed duration.

Candidates are well versed with the technology of online submission of Application form and without any help they are capable in submission of Application form online. In case, if any candidate is having any problem, such candidate may call to help line no. facilitated by the J.C.E.C.E. Board, Ranchi. The help line no. will be available between 10.30 AM to 05.00 PM on working days.
