Registration :
1. Candidates need to register online for the LSAT—India at the website www.pearsonvueindia.com/lsatindia. Online Registrations will close at 11:59 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) on 1st May, 2015. Candidates who make payments through bankers cheque/ demand draft or pay order, kindly note that registrations close on 28th Apr, 2015. Pearson VUE shall not accept registrations from candidates in any other mode or form.

2. Registration completion and payment acceptance confirmation will be sent by electronic mail only. Pearson VUE shall not be held responsible for non-receipt of confirmation e-mails due to incorrect e-mail addresses being entered by the applicant or due to any technical problems.

3. Registration forms received without the proper notified registration fee or insufficient or incorrect details or received beyond the specified closing time and date, will be summarily rejected and Pearson VUE shall not entertain any queries with respect to the same.

4. Candidates need to ensure that the information submitted by them is correct in all respects. In case any information is found to be incorrect at a later date, Pearson VUE shall have the right to cancel the test score, and inform the institution receiving such a test score from Pearson VUE. In the event of the cancellation of the score due to furnishing of incorrect information, the registration fee paid by the candidate will not be refunded.

5. There is no provision for on-the-spot registration for the LSAT—India on the day of the test. Candidates have to follow the prescribed registration process published as part of the LSAT—India announcement on the website.

6. Only one registration can be made by a candidate. Duplicate registrations are liable to be rejected.

7. The online application form filling process allows candidates to save the form without submitting it. Candidates should note that once a form is submitted, the candidate cannot make any changes to the form except educational qualifications and associated college information.

8. A form is considered valid only if submission is made, and the registration fee is received by Pearson VUE by the due date. Registration forms for which the registration fee is not received in time will be rejected outright.

9. In case the candidate registers online using a credit card that does not belong to him/her, the candidate needs to furnish a signed statement from the credit card holder as per the format provided below. Failure to furnish the aforestated signed statement, if applicable, shall render the registration form invalid, and the same shall be void without prior notice. The candidate needs to print the following statement, get it filled and signed by the credit card holder, and carry the physical signed statement along with the credit card that was used for the transaction, for signature verification, to the test venue on the day of the exam. The candidate will not be allowed to sit for the test if this requirement is not fulfilled.

(Candidates who register online using a credit card will receive instructions to this effect as part of the confirmation e-mail that will be sent based on successful online registration. This e-mail will include the statement format as given below)-

LSAT—India Registration Fee: Rs. 3800/-
to Pearson India Education Services Private Limited. I indemnify Pearson India Education Services Private Limited from any charge backs, repudiation of the charge on the aforestated credit card, or any other claim from me, i.e. the credit card holder. Given under my name, signature, at the place and date mentioned below.”

Registration Fees :
1. FEES: Candidates can register for LSAT—India by paying the LSAT—India registration fee (INR 3800), payable by credit card or demand draft/pay order/ banker’s cheque. The last date of payments receipt differs for these two modes; candidates are advised to check “Important dates” for details. Registration fee will be accepted only through VISA and Master Card credit cards, issued in India. In case a candidate registering for LSAT—India is unable to make payment by the specified credit cards, he/she will have an option to pay through demand draft/pay order/banker’s cheque. In this case, the candidate should enter the demand draft/pay order/banker’s cheque details online, obtain an online acknowledgement, and mail the physical DD/PO/Banker’s cheque along with the acknowledgement to the address of Pearson VUE specified. Demand draft/pay order/banker’s cheque should be drawn in favor of Pearson India Education Services Private Limited payable at New Delhi or NOIDA.

2. Pearson VUE will not be held responsible for late or non-delivery of any material or information sent by it through electronic mail and/or post to candidates. No refunds will be issued to candidates who
a) fail to appear for a scheduled test;
b) fail to meet the identification and admit card requirements; or
c) fail to meet or violate LSAT—India test rules and policies.

There will also be no refunds for candidates who arrive late at the testing centre on the test date.

3. Pearson VUE shall not allow any candidate to sit for the test or release the test score to the educational institution/university concerned in case the online payment received from the candidate is repudiated. No such repudiation will be permitted after the expiry of 30 (thirty) days from the date of payment in case of payment by credit card or debit card or net banking. Any requests made after the time period of repudiation will not be entertained and the amount so paid will be forfeited.

Refund of Registration Fee :
1. No refund of registration fee will be made by Pearson VUE once the registration form is satisfactorily accepted.

2. All applicants who complete the test registration, pay test fee by the prescribed date, and follow published test rules may sit for the LSAT—India. It is the responsibility of the candidate to understand the eligibility requirements of the law schools to which he/she is applying before deciding to register for the LSAT—India. If the candidate registers for the test and then determines that he/she is ineligible for admission to the law school of his/her choice, no test-fee refund will be available. For the eligibility requirements of associated law schools/colleges, please visit the college websites or the appropriate contact listed by the college at Associated Colleges.
