Instructions for Answer Sheet :
1. The answer sheet (AS) for LSAT—India requires the candidate to darken the circle against an option considered correct by the candidate for every attempted question.
2. Candidates must read the instructions carefully for marking the answers on the AS.
3. Candidates must use HB PENCIL only and should not use a fountain pen or ball pen on the AS.
4. Since the AS will be read by an OMR machine, the candidate must ensure that he/she fills in the circles clearly, darkens the circles evenly and completely, and does not leave any smudges or stray marks on the AS. Pearson VUE is not responsible for any error in reading the AS due to use of non HB pencil or incomplete darkening of the intended answer. While adequate care is taken in processing the answer sheets, Pearson VUE will not entertain any request for revaluation of answer sheet.
5. DO NOT tear, bend or mutilate the AS.

Some do’s and don’ts :
Misconduct: Any attempt to impersonate, to copy answers from another test taker, or to indulge in any other malpractice during the test or while filling up the form will not only lead to immediate or later revocation of scores but may also lead to prosecution. Detection of any such malpractice at any stage including after the LSAT—India is conducted may lead to disqualification and revocation of scores by Pearson VUE or the educational institution/university concerned. Under such circumstances, disqualification and revocation of a score may occur without the possibility of a retest.

Candidate’s Undertakings: The candidate hereby irrevocably undertakes and confirms that he/ she understands that –
** LSAT—India is a separate and distinct examination from the LSAT® and does not have any bearing on the LSAT examination which is conducted by Law School Admission Council, Inc., for securing admissions in foreign universities. The LSAT—India is designed to cater to the requirements of any Indian university or college that wishes to adopt it as an admissions criterion. LSAT—India should not be directly or indirectly equated to LSAT. The scores obtained by a candidate in LSAT—India will have no relevance for admissions in any foreign university. Furthermore, Candidate acknowledges that eligibility standards for admission to law school are determined solely by the applicable Institutions and not by Pearson VUE or LSAC.
** While Pearson VUE shall endeavor to provide the examination centre chosen by the candidate, he/she understands that the examination centre chosen by him/her may be changed and a centre in a different city could be allotted to the candidate. The candidate shall accept the same and shall not hold Pearson VUE accountable for non-allotment of the chosen examination centre. Any travel expenses that may have to be incurred by him/her for taking the examination will be borne by the candidate and no claim for any reimbursement shall be sought from Pearson VUE or LSAC.
** He/she has read the Terms and Conditions and has understood them completely and is submitting himself/herself of his/her own accord without any coercion or undue influence to the LSAT—India test.
** He/she is fully compliant to the eligibility criteria for undertaking the course being conducted by the educational institute/university and no information has been withheld or incorrectly provided.
** Pearson VUE is responsible only for conducting the LSAT—India examination and it holds no responsibility for requisite approvals, consents, or permissions of the concerned regulatory authorities for the education institution/university for conducting the relevant course, which the candidate shall ascertain from the concerned institution/university on his/her own.
** He/she will not hold Pearson VUE liable or accountable for any issues relating to admission/course for which the exam is being conducted.
** He/she will not violate any privacy policies or security policies of the website of Pearson VUE being used by the candidate.
** He/she will not reproduce for distribution to any other parties any of the preparation material for the LSAT—India, or any of the copyrighted materials relating to the LSAT—India, whether in electronic or hard-copy format.
** The jurisdiction of any matter relating to LSAT—India examination by Pearson VUE, shall vest exclusively with the Courts of New Delhi, India, which the Candidate hereby irrevocably submits to.

For purposes of validating test and user integrity and security, we may supply audio- and video-tapes of test candidates in a testing centre at a particular time to any test sponsor whose test was being administered at that time in such test centre. By registering for a test through us, the candidate gives his/her consent for transmission of personal information in situations outlined above.
** In response to a subpoena, court order or legal process, to the extent permitted and required by law
** To protect candidate security, or the security of other persons, consistent with applicable law
** To address actual or suspected fraud or other illegal activities
** In connection with a sale, joint venture or other transfer of some or all of the assets of Company
** To our contractors or agent, including independent testing centres, who are committed or obliged to protect your privacy in a manner consistent with the Pearson VUE’s Privacy Policy
