Counselling Procedure :

Counselling would also be in both Online & Offline modes. You are advised to read the instructions carefully and understand the process clearly before undertaking registration and choice filling.

ONLINE MODE :
During the counselling process you have to follow the three simple steps, details of steps are given below:
Step I:
Candidate has to login in to the counselling section of AIEESE official website aieese.co.in using their user id and password. Institute will be available on the basis of candidate’s AIEESE percentage (%). Candidate has to choose 25 colleges along with branch according to their priority. After submission of choices, a confirmation message will be displayed on computer screen.

Step II:
Process of step II will be start after 24 hrs. of completion of step I. Candidate has to login again to initiate step II. 5 colleges will be displayed from the list of colleges selected by candidate in step I as per the availability

Candidate has to set and submit these 5 colleges according to their priority. After submission, candidate has to make a payment of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) as counselling fee to confirm their candidature. The complete counselling fee will be adjusted in 1st year tuition fee.

“Candidate must note the transaction id displayed on computer screen after payment.”

Step III:
After 24 hrs. of completion of step II, candidate can download their admission receipt. The admission receipt will have the payment details, name of Institute, branch and date of reporting in college allotted to the candidate.

OFFLINE MODE :
For offline mode of counselling, candidates have to present physically on the counselling centre which is allotted by AIEESE in the counselling letter. The selected candidates have to follow the steps and procedure of the counselling which will be mentioned in their counselling letter.

List of cities where the counselling would be conducted is given in the following list. Applicants are required to give three options convenient to them for the counselling. While every effort would be made to allot a centre in one of the places opted by the applicant.

Documents verification:
Verification of documents would be done at the time of reporting to the allotted colleges. Please carry with photocopy of 10th & 12th mark sheet, 12th provisional certificate, school / college leaving certificate, migration certificate & four recent colour passport size photographs and also bring along with the original documents just for verification. Candidate must carry their AIEESE-2016 score card and counselling letter.

** You are required to be physically present on the day of reporting to the allotted colleges mentioned in admission receipt.
** Candidate can change the colleges or branch allotted to them as per the availability.
** If the information submitted by any eligible candidate is found to be fraudulent, incorrect or untrue, the seat allotted (if any) is liable to be cancelled. AIEESE concern authorities have full right to change / cancel the allotted college.
