Tezpur University TUEE

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to various programmes of study for the academic year 2024-25. Interested and eligible candidates may APPLY ONLINE through the Tezpur University Admissions Portal . For the academic session 2024-25, Tezpur University will conduct entrance examinations through “Computer Based Test (CBT)”. The duration of the online examination will of two (02) hours). Question paper will contain 50 multiple choice questions with four (4) alternative answers. Each question will carry 2 marks for correct answer and 0.5 marks will be deducted for wrong answers.

Application Fee of TUEE

The payment of fee is to be made ONLINE using credit card/debit card/net-banking options only. The transaction details may be printed and preserved for later reference. It is to be noted that the submission of the Application Form will remain treated as incomplete until the required Application cum counseling Fee is transferred successfully

How to Apply for TUEE?

The following Academic Progammes at Tezpur university have multiple admission channels. While applying for admission into any of these programmes, applicants can avail one or more channels to increase their chance.However, applicants must clarify about the number of seats reserved, if any, against each channel from the details accessible at the click of the button named “Admission at a glance” in the admission portal.

1. Registration :
Applicants must first register for admission to any academic programme irrespective of channels of admission at online admission portal www.tezuadmissions.in Steps to be followed for registration

Step 1:
Clicking on any program will display the “Guidelines” specific to the program and the applicant is required the read the guideline concern to the program and would require to click on the “Proceed” button to continue with the registration process.

Step 2: Registration Form& OTP Verification
Registration form allows the applicant to register for a specific program(s). Applicant would require filling in the requisites as per the form. Refer Fig 3(a) for the registration form and guideline for password. All the fields in the above form are mandatory. Click on the “REGISTER” button to proceed for the next step. You will receive an OTP in your registered email and mobile number. Enter the 6 character OTP and click on “Verify OTP” to proceed. Click “Resend OTP” in case the OTP is not received.

2. Application Dashboard :
The dashboard allows the applicant to proceed with process of filling up of the details form. Click “Apply New Application (Through TUEE)” if the applicant is desired to apply for programs by appearing “TUEE Entrance” / click “Apply New Application (Through CUET)” if the applicant is desired to apply for programs by appearing “CUET 2024 Entrance”, click on the confirmation screen to continue with application form filled up process. (Refer Fig 3(c))

Note:
An applicant can apply for single / multiple programs through different channels, the Fig 3(b) showing that applicant is applying program(s) through “TUEE Entrance” but at the same time the applicant can apply the same or different program(s) through “CUET Entrance” also.

However, applying through CUET will be completed in two phases. In the 1st phase, candidates have to apply through CUET application number and in the 2nd phase (2nd phase will be opened after the declaration of results by NTA) he/she has to update the application with CUET-score.

** Click the program name from the dropdown menu and select the program preference(s).
** Applications are allowed to select maximum of 2 programs. Click the check box “I have read through the prospectus thoroughly” and then click “NEXT” to continue.

3. Application Form filling :
There are 4 steps to complete the application form.
(i) Personal Information
(ii) Address and Contact Information
(iii) Academic Details
(iv) Documents Upload.
Click “Save & Proceed” to proceed with the steps
Click “GO NEXT” to go the next step
Click “Preview this Form” to preview the data filled up before proceeding to the next step

** Click “Submit” to submit the form for payment and payment acknowledgement Kindly note that application form is editable before the applicant makes the payment; once the payment is completed the application form is not editable. So it is advisable to all applicants that he / she should verify the information in form before completing the payment process.

4. Status of the Application Form :
Applicant can identify the status of the application form at any stage (Refer Fig 5), in the above the status is shown as “Payment Process is pending” so that case the applicant can click on “Payment & Final Submission” to proceed for payment. Once the payment is completed an Application No will be generated indicating the payment is successful and application form process is completed.

Required Documents for TUEE

Mandatory Documents:
** Passport size photo (PNG/JPEG/JPG) (height: 250 | Width: 200 Pixels) (250 KB)
** Scanned Signature (PNG/JPEG/JPG) (height: 150 | Width: 200 Pixels) (50 KB)
** All academic transcripts (Certificates & marksheets).
** Copy of the relevant category certificate issued by the competent authority, if seeking admission under any reserved category.
** Copy of the Sponsorship/No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the employer if the candidate is employed.
** Separate undertakings for candidates in reserve category and appearing qualifying examination.
** A certificate issued by Defence authority that the candidate is the widow/ward/ wife of the Defence personal as per the Priority set by the Govt of India.
** Relevant certificate(s) as evidence of winning medal(s) in National or International sporting event(s), if any.
