MGUG Entrance Test CET

Admission to all programs offered as per the details will be granted through the ‘MGUG Entrance Test’ conducted by Mahayogi Gorakhnath university, except for BAMS (admission through NEET exam and counseling only). No admission will be granted without MGUG Entrance Test. It is mandatory to apply for the university MGUG Entrance Test before the last date. Once the MGUG Entrance Test is over, the merit list of qualified candidates will be uploaded on the university website. Admission will be confirmed only after the fee is deposited. Once admission has been taken and the fee deposited, no refunds will be issued.

Pattern of MGUG Entrance Test

CET 2024-2025 Question Paper Pattern (For all programmes)
Notes:
** There will be 100 Multiple Choice Questions(MCQ). Each Carries 1 marks.
** There will be no negative marking.
** Total time allotted will be 120 minutes.

** 60% from the syllabus of concerned subjects/areas.
** 20% General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Aptitude and Reasoning.
** 20% from Indian Knowledge System (Ramayana and Mahabharata).

How to Apply for MGUG Entrance Test?

Follow the steps below to successfully complete your application.
1-Registration :
** Go to https://erp.mgug.ac.in/entrance/.
** Click on “Apply for MGUG Entrance Test 2024-2025 “.
** Fill in your mobile number, name, and date of birth on the registration page.
** Enter the correct captcha and submit.
** Retrieve your username and password from the confirmation page.
** Upon successful registration, you’ll receive a confirmation message on your mobile.

2-Login :
If you need to log in again:
Choose between:
** Login with OTP: If you don’t remember your password, you can log in using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
** Login with password: If you have already your password, enter your username and password to log in.

3-Form Filling :
The application form has 4 steps:
Step 1: Fill Basic Details
Fill in your name, date of birth, gender, category, marital status, phone number, EWS status, religion, blood group, nationality, and guardian details. Address details require entering the pin code, selecting the correct option, and providing the local address.
Step 2: Fill Academic Qualifications
Enter your academic qualifications. The percentage will be automatically calculated based on maximum and obtained marks. You can also go back to any step until payment.
Step 3: Choose Exam Preferences
Select exam preferences based on your qualifications. You can give the exam for your 1st preference, and if seats are vacant, you can get a seat based on other preferences. Select preferences and proceed.
Step 4: Upload Photo and Signature
Photo should be Only JPG, JPEG, PNG file types. File size must be 30-100 KB
Signature should be Only JPG, JPEG, PNG file types. File size must be 5-50 KB
Upload your recent passport-sized photo and signature.

4-Payment :
After completing the application, proceed to payment:
** Review entrance exam details and check the declaration.
** Enter captcha code and click “Pay Now”.
** You’ll be redirected to the payment options. Choose one and complete the payment within 5 minutes.

5-Confirmation :
After payment confirmation:
You’ll receive application form . you can download it for future reference
Note: You cannot edit any information after payment.

FAQ on MGUG Entrance Test

What is the last date for paying registration fee?
The registration fee of CET2024-25 can be paid from 1st April to 30th April 2024 through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI.

What is the registration fee for various categories when filling out the CET-2024-25 application form?
Candidates can apply for a minimum of ONE and a maximum of FIVE courses by paying the application fee of Rs. 1000/-.

What is the registration fee for reserve categories applicants?
The application fee is Rs. 1000/-.

What is the date for CET2024-25 application correction window?
Application Form Correction window will be open from 1st May 2024 till 5th May 2024. Candidates who had earlier filled in the CET-2024-25 application form and committed some mistakes will get the opportunity to edit the registration form.

What is the miscellaneous information about eligibility criteria?
For admission in the university through CET2024-25, the existing policies regarding quota, category, relaxations, reservations, qualifications, subject combinations, preferences etc. of the university shall be applicable. For the eligibility criteria for admission the candidates are advised to visit the University website. Candidates are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess the eligibility criteria laid down by the University. Mere appearance in the Entrance Test or securing minimum pass percentage in the test does not entitle a candidate to be considered for admission to the Programme unless he/she fulfils the Programme wise eligibility criterion of the University.

Can I use my friend’s email address and mobile number when registering for?
No. The applicant should use only their own email address and mobile number as all the information will be sent on the registered e-mail ID and mobile phone.

What documents or certificates do I need to upload along with the Application Form?
Candidates need to upload scanned images of photograph and signature with the Application Form. No certificates are required to be uploaded along with the Application Form at the time of online submission. The documents / certificates etc., shall be verified physically at the time of admission.

What are the dates of university CET2024-25 examination?
CET2024-25 examinations of the university will be held on 19th May, 21st May and 26th May 2024 dates discipline wise as mentioned uploaded on the university website.

When will CET2024-25 admit card would be available to download?
Candidates who have successfully filled in and submitted the application form, will be able to download the admit card from the university website from 14th May 2024 onwards. The admit card carries candidate’s personal information along with the examination centre and other guidelines.

When will CET2024-25 Counselling process starts?
The CET2024-25 counselling or admission process shall tentatively start from 5th – 14th June 2024, after the declaration of the result.

Is there any specific time slot or schedule for the CET examination for different programmes?
Yes. There are specific time slots/schedules for different programmes/disciplines. Which will be available on the university website/admit card.

What is the CET2024-25 examination pattern and duration?
The duration will be of 2 hrs. with 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) about the particular programme to which the candidate has applied.
