Allotment of seats of candidate including TFW (After 3.00 PM) : 01.07.2015

Deposit of Part Admission Fee of Rs.300.00 through e-Chalan at any branch of AXIS/ IDBI Bank, during Bank hour (Candidate shall not come to NCC for this purpose) 01.07.2015 to 06.07.2015

Round – 2 (Provisional Allotment) :
Registration & fresh Choice Filling by the non-allotted of 1st round, non-registered ST/SC candidates only and choice locking at NCC. (The candidates already allotted with a seat in 1st round, but did not deposit Part Admission Fee are not allowed)
Date : 08.07.2015

Result Publication after auto-sliding and de-reservation from SC & ST seats to General (After 3.00 PM)
Date : 10.07.2015

Deposit of Admission Fee through e-Chalan at any branch of AXIS/ IDBI Bank.
(Candidate shall not come to NCC for this purpose)
Date : 11.07.2015 to 13.07.2015

Final Allotment : 15.07.2015

Reporting of candidate at Finally allotted Institute
Date : 15.07.2015 to 20.07.2015

Commencement of 1 month bridge course : 16.07.2015

Important Instructions :
1. All the candidates are instructed to read the step by step procedure for registration , Choice filling , Choice Locking & deposit of part admission fee available in the Home page of the DET website before registration, Choice filling..

2. 05 nos of additional NCCs have been set up at 1. CIPET, Mancheswar, BBSR 2.CIPET, Balasore 3. IMIT, Jobra, Cuttack 4. Parala Maharaja Engineering College, Berhampur 5. BPUT, Rorkela. Any candidate can go to the these NCCs for Choice Locking.

3. All the candidates those who have got their documents verified are here by instructed to report in the scheduled date at the NCC for CHOICE LOCKING. However they can also go to NCC in the subsequent dates till the last date for choice locking, if unable to report in the scheduled date.

4. The candidates those who have not got their documents verified will not be allowed to participate in this round of counseling, however, the left out ST/SC candidates may participate in ROUND-2 (Provisional Allotment), for document verification, choice filling & locking

5. The candidates are advised to exercise their choices without fear & compulsion from any quarters.They are also advised to read the instruction carefully & go through the seats available before filling their suitable choices.
