How can I rectify my “typo error” in submitted application form? :
The candidate before post/courier to University, the online submitted form should do the necessary correction and enclose the covering letter with summary of change. Only minor spelling correction will be entertained. If major changes are there viz, change of complete name, photo, signature, change in postal address etc, under this circumstances candidate has to fill new form only.

Whether I can take re-print of application form :
Yes with order id and Date of birth you can take re-print of submitted application from our website link provided “Reprint Application Form”

What do you mean by BRD/KTC category? :
** (BRD Category) educationally backward Belgaum Revenue Division.
** (KTC category) children of teaching faculty of KLE University.

What are the eligibility criteria for BRD/KTC category :
Students claiming seats under BRD category should satisfy the following criteria :
** The student’s parents should be permanent residents (minimum 10 year) of one of the seven districts viz. Belgaum, Dharwad, Karwar, Bijapur, Bagalkot, Haveri and Gadag. (Parents Recent Residential Certificate to be enclosed – Issued by Tahsildar)
** The students should have done at least ten years of schooling (Primary and Secondary) including PUC I & PUC II (compulsory) in any of the above mentioned seven districts. (Students Study certificate of schooling and PUC I and PUC II to be enclosed)
** In case of KTC category (Parents Recent Service Certificate to be enclosed)
( Only parent serving in constitute units of KLE University are eligible for KTC Category. The application should be forwarded through the head of the Institution.)

MODE OF THE TEST :
** There will be separate question booklet for Medical and Dental Courses. The test will have 180 multiple-choice, objective type questions.
** The time allotted for the test would be 180 minutes. The test will begin at 2:00 pm and end at 5:00 pm.
** Candidates are required to mark their answers in an ICR (Intelligent Character Reader) Answer Sheet.
** Each correct answer is awarded one mark.
** There is no Negative Marking for wrong answers.

How much amount I need to deposit for waitlist? :
Those of the candidates, who have not opted for any seat and are desirous for opting of only wait-list shall have to deposit the Demand Draft for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. one lakh only) with the University.
(Rs.1,00,000/- DD should be Drawn in favor of Registrar, KLE University, payable at Belgaum).
