When do the Courses begin?
MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS Courses are scheduled to begin from 02/05/2016.

Are the admissions open only to Karnataka students?
No. This test is open to all the eligible Indian students in the country.

What is the date of KLEU-PGAIET 2016-17 entrance exam and time?
Saturday, the 19th December 2015, From 2.00 PM to 5.00PM

How to apply KLEU-PGAIET-2016-17 Entrance exam?
You need to fill and submit the Online application form our website.

How do I make payment for applying KLEU-PGAIET-2016-17 Entrance exam?
Payment can be done through any VISA Credit /Debit Card or Net Banking only.(Maestro card is not accepted)

When is the last date to apply On-line?
Last date for On-line submission 12/12/2015, Saturday, by 4.00PM
Completed application forms must reach the office of KLE University on or before the 14/12/2015, Monday, by 5.00PM. Applications received after the stipulated date and time will be rejected.

Whether I need to send Online submitted application form / acknowledgement to university? If yes what is the last date of submission?
Yes, printed Online submitted application form / acknowledgement must be sent to the university office by registered post / speed post / courier on or before 14/12/2015, Monday, by 5.00PM
Note: Applications will be rejected if received after the stipulated date and time

Whether I need to attach any other documents along with the Online submitted application form / acknowledgemet ?
No, you need not to attach any documents’ along with the online submitted application form in case of GENERAL CATEGORY. Only in case of BRD and KTC category you need to attach relevant documents. For relevant documents refer KLEU-PGAIET 2016-17 Brochure. Failure to submit the relevant documents candidate will lose all claim over BRD/KTC category.

How do we get to Know whether our application form has reached the university?
Once the printed Online submitted application form / acknowledgement reaches to University within a week Candidates have been provided with a facility to check the “Status of application” on the KLE University website

How do we get to Know our application status/downloading TAT Card / Result ?
Candidates are advised to obtain & preserve proof of the ‘Printed online’ application form/ acknowledgement and note down the Order ID /Application number. This may be useful for obtaining application status / downloading TAT Card / Result ?

I have filled my online application form and order Id is generated and online payment isI have filled my online application f done and amount is deducted but I am unable to take print-out due to error “Transaction incomplete/failed” then what should I do?
** If order id is generated ensure from your bank account whether amount is deducted or not.
** If not deducted you can fill one more application form again.
** If amount is deducted please mail us your order id and your transaction detail and contact details to following e-mail id (itsection@kleuniversity.edu.in) so as to ensure or rectifying the error of clarification of payment transaction.
** Note if you fill more than one application by making different payment no amount will be refunded.
** Seeking technical assistance, if we send an e-mail to the IT SECTION (itsection@kleuniversity.edu.in) how early will it be resolved?

How can I rectify my “typo error” in submitted application form?
** The candidate before post/courier to University, the online submitted form should do the necessary correction and enclose the covering letter with summary of change.
** Only minor spelling correction will be entertained.
** If major changes are there viz, change of complete name, photo, signature, change in postal address etc, under this circumstances candidate has to fill new form only.

Whether I can take re-print of application form
Yes with order id and Date of birth you can take re-print of submitted application from our website link provided “Reprint Application Form”

What do you mean by BRD/KTC category?
** (BRD Category) educationally backward Belgaum Revenue Division.
** (KTC category) children of teaching faculty of KLE University.

How the admission will be done
Admission will be on ‘Interse’ merit of KLEU-PGAIET-2016-17

Whether I will get allotted centre which has been asked for?
** As a convenience of the applicants university will allot centre which they have chosen, but in case if applicant are less/ seating capacity of centre is exhausted or any other matter, the university has full authority to cancel or make alternate allotment of centre in KLE university recognized centre across the country.
** University may restrict the applications at any time if applications received more than the centre seating capacity

How will I know my test results?
The test results are published on the university web site.
