Law Entrance Test :

Panjab University will hold PU-B.A./B.Com.LL.B. (Hons.) 5 years Integrated Course Entrance Test-2017 (herein after called Entrance Test) on 21st May, 2017 (Sunday) at Chandigarh for admission to said courses in the above-mentioned centres.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR APPEARING IN ENTRANCE TEST :
Any candidate who has already passed or appearing in March 2017 in the 10+2 Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi or its equivalent Examination conducted by a recognized Board/University/Council shall be eligible to appear in the Entrance Test.

The admission of a candidate to the Entrance Test shall be provisional. It shall stand cancelled, if s/he fails to satisfy the requisite eligibility conditions laid down by Panjab University by the date fixed for the admission. Such candidate will not have any claim, whatsoever, with regard to her/his admission to the said course.

The candidature of a candidate who is appearing in 10+2 examination in March 2017, shall stand cancelled if s/he fails to pass or gets reappear or fails to secure the prescribed percentage of marks in the qualifying examination. Such candidate will not have any claim, whatsoever with regard to her/his admission to the above-said course/s.

A candidate who has passed/appeared in 10+2 Examination of Mahila Gram Vidyapith, Allahabad is ineligible to appear in the Entrance Test, as this institution has been derecognised by Panjab University, Chandigarh.

STEPS TO FOLLOW :
1. Register Online.
2. Note down your Login ID and Password.
3. Download Bank Challan and deposit fee in any branch of State Bank of India after 24 hours of generation of Login ID and Password.
4. After depositing fee, Login again after 24 hours and upload scanned photograph, signature, fill other important information, Save and Confirm.

5. Download your Admit Card after 15.05.2017 (Monday), bring a one Photo Identity Proof like Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport etc at the Examination centre failing which the candidate will not be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall.

NOTE :
If more than 24 Hrs. have passed after depositing the fee in bank and your fee is not confirmed in your account at uglaw.puchd.ac.in, send an email to uglaw@pu.ac.in with scanned copy of Bank Challan.

Candidates who are to avail the concession in Entrance Test Form Fee under the category SC/ST/PwD, they are required to send the self-attested copy of category certificate along with printout of Entrance Test Form to Assistant Registrar, CET Cell, Aruna Ranjit Chandra Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh-160014 by registered post/speed post or by hand on or before 11-05-2017 up to 4:00 PM.

Class B/C Regular Employee of PU must send the copy of printout of their Entrance Test Form along with Performa for claiming 50% concession to P.U. Regular Employees (“B” and “C” Class) duly signed by Head/Chairperson, to Assistant Registrar, CET Cell, Aruna Ranjit Chandra Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh-160014 by registered post/speed post or by hand on or before 11-05-2017 up to 4:00 PM.

Important Date :
1. Availability of Prospectus and Entrance Test Form on the website of Panjab University begins on April 06, 2017 (Thursday)
2. Last date for submitting Entrance Test Form and generation of the Bank Challan May 03, 2017 (Wednesday)
3. Last date for deposit of fee in any branch of State Bank of India using website generated Bank Challan May 06, 2017 (Saturday) upto 3:59 p.m.
4. Last date for uploading of photograph, signature with rest of the information on the website for final submission May 10, 2017 (Wednesday)

6. Last date for submission of printout of form along with required documents for claiming the concession of Entrance Test Fee for SC/ST/PwD/P.U. Employee May 11, 2017 upto 4:00 p.m.

7. Availability of Admit Card Online Admit Card along with Centre of Examination is to be downloaded from the website by the candidate using his/her own Login ID and Password provided while generating Bank Challan. The candidates will be communicated through email only for this purpose. May 15, 2017 (Monday)
